DBNKD is my portfolio and the company name I’ve contracted as since 2020. I’m a designer, UX researcher, and strategist who helps teams cut complexity and design AI products people can actually use and trust.

For the last few years I've focused on enterprise AI, leading discovery, prototyping, and experience strategy that moves teams from “we should use AI” to something real, useful, and responsible. I take on whichever role the work needs: research, discovery, concept and experience design, testing, or design management.

Along the way, I debunk myths and cut inherited complexity around customer and user experience.
